Comfort Food!
So I woke up at 5 am to make some of my favorite comfort food and of course my good friend Lacey's favorite food! Sopa!!!! I work at the watch care room at our church and on occasion I bring in food for my co workers to try and I get there opinions and I get new ideas by there comments on how to improve my recipe. They are my best critics cause they tell me the truth! I LOVE working with all my Ladies so this is for them! So this is a Mexican pasta that your fry up and then put in a pot with some onions and garlic and then tomato sauce and some chicken bouillon. I had some left over roast that I dropped in to simmer and get reheated and absorb the flavors. Very simple but OOOHHH so good!

all I saw was the picture and I drooled knowing it was sopa and then I saw you titled it my fav. I love you Raquel not only cause you are so lovable but because you make sure I am fed well when I am with you =)
